The Aviation and Railway Accident Investigation

The Aviation and Railway Accident Investigation Board was established on 10 July 2006 by integrating the Korea Aviation Accident Investigation Board with the Railway Accident Investigation Board.

The objective of the investigation of an accident or incident, conducted by the Aviation and Railway Accident Investigation Board, is to prevent possible accidents through determination of accident cause and/or contributing factors, and further to protect peoples�� lives and property.
